Job Description
Places outbound calls to recruit blood donors. Contacts current and potential donors to schedule future donation appointments. Responsible for achieving or exceeding minimum performance standards. Provides superior service to donors through positive communications. Completes reminder calls, appropriate follow-up, modification of records and special projects to achieve established goals.
Qualifications:
Requires job knowledge equivalent to that attained through a high school diploma. Requires one year of telephone, telemarketing and/or customer service experience. Must be familiar with basic PC computer applications. Requires excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions. Ability to handle difficult customers and work in a fast paced environment. Desired Qualifications: Prior data entry experience preferred.
