General Duties:
Develops, modifies and prepares regional and divisional documents including but not limited to qualification protocols, maintenance and calibration job plans, work instructions, job aids and forms. Manages all aspects of procedure development and approval lifecycle. Participates in change management process, procedures, policies, job aids and forms. Works closely with Equipment Management Department supervisors, operational department directors and managers, document control staff and has extensive contact with a wide variety of external and internal audiences. Able to work independently, planning own work and setting priorities within guidelines and deadlines.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years progressive experience working in blood banking or pharmaceutical operation is required
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • The ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent word processing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment
