TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment to fill specialized positions in our Biomedical Division. This includes developing/maintaining multiple sourcing networks to build a diverse and reliable applicant pool, design and implement innovative recruitment plans, regular interaction with managers and candidates, interview and hiring processing and evaluation, negotiation of employment offers, and much more.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five years recruiting experience, full life cycle recruitment expertise including client management with a proven track record, ability to work in a fast paced environment with a demonstrated ability to accomplish multiple task and meet deadlines, ability to work in a virtual management setting and strong customer service, interpersonal, negotiation, and oral/written communication a must.
